Morning 10:00 to 2:30 & Evening 4:00 to 8:30 Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Associate Dentist to join our team, providing comprehensive dental care and collaborating with staff for positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: This role involves conducting exams, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and converting patients for the treatment. You will be performing various procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges. You will use diagnostic tools like X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, administer local anesthesia, and maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications and Skills: Candidates must have a BDS degree from an accredited institution and a valid dental license in their state/region. Experience as a dentist is preferred (e.g., 1-2 years), but confident freshers may also be considered if they can perform basic procedures independently. Necessary skills include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-centered approach, teamwork capability, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental software.
