The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hospitality business, ensuring excellent service delivery, adherence to operational standards, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, developing business strategies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. The role also involves leading and motivating the team towards achieving company goals while maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse workforce Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, clients, and stakeholders effectively Knowledge of hospitality operations, budget management, and quality assurance standards Prior experience in a general management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in hospitality operations
