Rail Marketing Manager

Phonex Group Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in logistics and railway cargo operations, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Railway Cargo Freight Marketing Manager to join our team in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement marketing and business strategies for railway cargo and freight services.

-Identify and acquire new clients; maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

-Coordinate with transport, operations, and

finance teams for smooth cargo movement.

-Conduct market research and competitor

analysis to identify business opportunities.

-Achieve sales and revenue targets aligned with

company goals.

Requirements:

• Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Logistics, or

Supply Chain (preferred).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight

forwarding, logistics, or railway cargo marketing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and

networking skills.

• Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate

immediately.
