Key Responsibilities:Administrative Oversight: Manage all administrative functions within the plant, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.Inventory Management: Assist in managing plant inventory and office supplies, ensuring timely ordering and cost-effective procurement.Operational Reporting & Data Management: Prepare detailed reports on plant performance, production metrics, safety compliance, and other KPIs, leveraging data analysis tools to support decision-making.Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that the plant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, especially safety and environmental standards. Prepare and maintain all regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.Production Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate plant operations, including scheduling production runs, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for HR and administrative-related needs, such as staffing agencies or training providers.General Office Management: Oversee office administration tasks like handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office equipment.Human Resource Administration: Assist with employee record-keeping, including attendance, payroll, and maintaining a database of plant personnel. Coordinate training and certification programs for employees.Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance: Ensure that the plant adheres to all safety, health, and environmental standards. Assist in the preparation and execution of safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance plant efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MBA in Operations Management Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
