1.New Product Development: Develop new food products, formulas, and recipes that meet consumer needs, trends, and company objectives 2. Sensory Evaluation: Conduct sensory evaluation to assess product taste, texture, appearance, and overall acceptability. 3. Consumer Research: Conduct consumer research to understand preferences, trends, and needs, work on the product development and improvement. 4. Pilot Plan Operaons: Operate pilot plants to test and refine product formulations and processes. 5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor's products, trends, and innovations to identify opportunities for differenaon and improvement. 6. Ingredient Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and source new ingredients, suppliers, and technologies to support product development and improvement. 7. Product Improvement: Enhance existing products by reformulating, retexturing, or repricing to improve quality, taste, and profitability.
