As an R&D and Content Development Intern at FLP Labs, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your engineering background to create engaging educational content for school-level robotics projects. This role involves a combination of content development and research and development (R&D), catering to individuals interested in technical innovation and effective learning design. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with school students and educators to design and implement hands-on robotics activities. - Assist in testing and refining robotics systems to ensure projects are both functional and educational. - Support educators in integrating robotics content into their curriculum. - Provide technical support and guidance to students and school teams throughout project execution. **Qualifications:** - Hold an Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related fields. - A Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in soldering techniques and electronics assembly. - Experience with Arduino programming, prototyping, and developing hands-on learning materials. - Strong content creation skills for preparing instructional materials, guides, and learning modules. - Excellent presentation and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
