🔹 Key Responsibilities

📦 Prepare and process accurate quotations for clients/customers

📄 Analyze shipment details to provide cost-effective and timely solutions

📊 Communicate effectively with customers via calls and email

📞 Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and precise quote delivery

📝 Maintain updated rate sheets, tariffs, and quotation logs in Excel and internal systems

📈 Review customer inquiries to ensure high service quality and quick turnaround times

⚙️ Follow up with customers to clarify shipment details and improve quote accuracy

🔹 Requirements

📦 Minimum 1 year experience in an international call center

📄 Strong understanding of Mathematics

📊 Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)

📞 Proficiency in MS Excel

📝 Strong typing and data-handling skills

📈 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
