As a Sales Representative specializing in IT Solutions and Microsoft Licensing, you will play a crucial role in our sales department based in Bengaluru. Your primary focus will be on engaging with businesses of all sizes and selling Microsoft licenses, laptops, desktops, and security software. Your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, along with your expertise in IT solutions, will be essential in building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include generating sales and revenue by promoting Microsoft licenses, hardware, and security software. You will need to actively acquire new customers and manage existing accounts to drive business growth. By understanding the unique needs of each client, you will recommend customized IT solutions, including cloud-based services, security software, and hardware. To excel in this role, it is important to stay updated on the latest Microsoft licensing models, security solutions, and hardware offerings. By effectively managing your sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools, you will track leads, opportunities, and sales performance. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you work on pricing, contracts, and deal closures. Collaboration is key in our team, and you will work closely with internal departments such as technical specialists, marketing, and customer support to ensure a smooth sales process. Keeping an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT solutions will help you identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market. The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record of 2-5 years in IT sales, particularly focusing on Microsoft licenses, hardware, and security software. Your ability to meet sales targets, coupled with technical knowledge in Microsoft licensing, security solutions, and IT hardware, will set you up for success. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in using CRM software, will be highly beneficial. If you have certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or other relevant credentials, it would be a plus point.
