Job Description

Role: QuickBooks Software Integrator Location: Remote Work timing: US CST Hours(7:30 PM IST onwards) Job Description: Manager's Notes: Must have software integration experience. Strong SQL/SSRS scripting expertise required. Prior experience with financial software integrations and ERP systems. Ability to perform data mapping and convert SQL queries into a format QuickBooks Desktop can process. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will specialize in integrating QuickBooks with various business systems, improving workflows, and automating processes. This role demands in-depth expertise in QuickBooks (both Desktop and Online) and a strong background in software integrations to streamline business operations. Key Responsibilities: System Integration: Lead QuickBooks integration with third-party applications, CRMs, ERPs, and business tools. Customization: Modify QuickBooks features, templates, reports, and workflows as per business requirements. Data Migration: Ensure seamless transition of data from other accounting software/platforms to QuickBooks. API Management: Utilize QuickBooks APIs for data syncing and automation. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for smooth operations. Consultation: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand requirements and recommend integration solutions. Documentation: Maintain clear records of integration setups, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures. Quality Assurance: Test integrations to ensure accurate data flow between systems. Training: Educate users on integrated QuickBooks systems and troubleshooting methods. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in QuickBooks software integration (both QuickBooks Online and Desktop). Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations. Expertise in APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato). Solid background in software development and data management (SQL, scripting, etc.). Previous experience with financial software integrations and ERP systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
