Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. We are looking forward for dynamic and self – motivated individual for the post of Quantity Surveyor with sound knowledge of BOQ and Tendering for fast track commercial projects. Qualifications & Key Skills A good knowledge of construction methods and materials Budget handling skill Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill A good knowledge of construction methods and materials Cost Control and Cost Management skills BOQ Preparation and Cost Planning expertise Strong background in Cost Reporting Proficiency in relevant software tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Prepare cost analysis based on the Interior layout drawings Prepare Tender Documents Control all stages of Project within predetermined budget and expenditure. Develop accurate BOQ’s and comprehensive cost estimates for Interior Projects. Collaborate with Designers and Project Managers to optimize manpower allocation. Show more Show less
