Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, cost control, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and cost reporting for various projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles, maintaining budgets, and delivering reports with transparency and accuracy to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQs
• Experience in creating accurate and detailed Cost Reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools and advanced numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project stakeholders
• Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
• Interior Fit-out and Civil Experience must
• Must have atleast 4 years experience.
