Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring that all financial aspects of projects are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
Manage project budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
Assist in dispute resolution and claims management

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
3-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction management
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Knowledge of construction contracts and legal regulations
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
