Our multi-disciplinary professionals are involved in projects across India, including major metros like Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Noida. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost management process on construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include cost planning, BOQ preparation, cost monitoring, cost control, and generating cost reports. You will also liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial tasks related to project execution. Qualifications Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management Experience with BOQ and Cost Planning Proficiency in Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Relevant qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadlines Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus Show more Show less
