Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Industry: Leading Civil Architect Company Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our civil architecture team. The role involves cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management for construction projects. The ideal candidate will analyze project costs, prepare BOQs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering for projects. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for cost-effective procurement. Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets. Assess and certify contractor payments and variations. Maintain documentation and reports on project expenditures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field . 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management software . Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations .
