Manage the full lifecycle of training programs and initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-delivery evaluation. . Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for training initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. . Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of programs across the organization. . Oversee the delivery of training through various formats, including virtual, in-person, and e-learning platforms
