Quality Technician

A Quality Technician's job description involves ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, testing, and process monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Inspecting products and processes: This includes visual checks, measurements, and testing using various tools and equipment. Analyzing data and identifying defects: Quality Technicians track defects, analyze trends, and report findings to relevant stakeholders. Making recommendations for process improvements: Based on their analysis, they suggest changes to production processes and equipment to improve quality. Maintaining documentation and records: They document inspection results, test data, and any identified issues. Collaborating with other departments: Quality Technicians work with engineering, production, and other teams to ensure quality standards are met. Following quality standards and procedures: They adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to quality assurance. Performing equipment calibrations and audits: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing equipment is crucial for accurate quality checks.
