Job Description

Monitor and evaluate: Observe and assess products, services, or customer interactions (like calls, emails, and chats) to ensure they meet company standards and policies. Develop standards: Create and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and benchmarks for products and services. Provide feedback and coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance.
