Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Executive in Domestic BPO. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality standards in domestic BPO operations.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure excellence.
Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO is preferred.
