about the role The Program Manager - Quality Performance will be a key player in the Sita Order To Bill process and functions, bringing their practical hands-on experience of managing complex Projects to drive Performance maturity and contribute to project success for SITA This is a fully hands-on role, where the Program Manager -Quality Performance will provide expert guidance to our Operational Teams, to ensure projects are set up for success with the right delivery framework (predictive, hybrid, agile), based on previous experience, lessons learned and real-life use-cases. To provide quality support to Customer SITA Order To Bill process and functions through all service requests / RFC s book analysis, data extraction, report creation, planning & quality audits for achieving committed timeframe, meeting quality standards and other defined KPIs.
