MSCI is searching for a talented Data Storyteller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of analytical skills and creative storytelling abilities. You will be responsible for mining data and transforming it into engaging stories that communicate insights and drive strategic decisions. Additionally, you will support the work of other program managers in the Quality Centre of Excellence, develop support training initiatives and perform process audits as required. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an innovative environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Your Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth data mining to uncover valuable insights and trends. Develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate data insights to diverse audiences. Collaborate with data analysts, researchers, and other stakeholders to gather and interpret data. Create visually appealing data visualizations and presentations. Leverage data to craft stories that resonate with stakeholders and drive action. Present data stories to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner. Support program managers in the Quality and Centre of Excellence areas by providing data-driven insights and narratives. Continuously refine and improve storytelling techniques based on feedback and new data. Create and execute Quality Training program Create a Audit program for Data Management process Your skills and experience that will help you excel BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Masters Degree in Business or Finance Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in Consulting Training Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and storytelling. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience rolling out training Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and data analysis software. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
