Quality Officer - Furniture

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Inspect and evaluate raw materials, production processes, and finished furniture products to ensure quality standards are met. * Identify defects or non-conformities in the production process and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues. * Conduct functional and safety testing of furniture products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications. * Perform detailed inspections of furniture pieces for issues such as finish, assembly, durability, and alignment. * Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection sheets, and quality standards. * Work closely with suppliers to ensure that materials meet required specifications and quality expectations. * Assist in the development of quality control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Track quality-related metrics and trends, providing regular reports to management. * Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards during manufacturing processes. * Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control standards and best practices.
