Conduct quality assurance checks and assessments to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement. Analyze data to track key performance indicators and trends related to quality. Communicate with staff at all levels to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards. Train employees on quality control measures and provide continuous support and guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and enhance overall quality. Requirements Proven experience in a quality assurance role or similar position. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with staff at all levels. In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Ability to stay informed about industry best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
