Quality Manager

Job Title: Quality Manager Department: Quality Control Reports to: Production/Operations Head Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality control processes for our machinery line, specifically VMC and CNC components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for VMC and CNC components with good understanding of ISO drawing and GD&T standards ( ISO 1101,13715,8015 etc.) 2. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards 3. Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve quality issues 4. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and quality records 5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements 6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce defects 7. Train and mentor quality control team members Requirements: 1. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment 2. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, including inspection, testing, and auditing 3. Experience with VMC and CNC components quality check 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills 5. Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements 6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field 2.
