HEAD QUALITY - RESPONSIBLITIES PURPOSE OF POSITION: This individual is to be a technical and administrative member of the Quality team and will report to the Head Operations. He will manage within the guidelines set forth by corporate policy and company business operation procedure. The Head - Quality will provide direction, planning and effective implementation of the Quality system in line with the overall corporate policy. He will work within the guidelines of IATF-16949 quality system. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: IATF 16949 Quality Systems: Provide support to all departments with training material to effectively implement procedures and systems, which ensure conformance to system requirements Coordinate systems assessments to ensure system effectiveness Communicate assessment results to the management team for appropriate actions Overall responsible for reducing and eliminating rework and rejection both at supplier and in-house Handling of customer complaints including tracking, closing and eliminating customer complaints Exercise leadership, supervision and development of associates in all areas of responsibility Establish and implement training plans for all associates in various quality activities such as system, gauges Overall responsible for quality lab New gauges planning and gauges calibration planning and implementation Continuous improvement and 5s activities Maintaining & Coordination all documents and updating. Ensuring system implementation during new product development as per customer and system requirement and give timely update to management .. QUALIFICATIONS: FORMAL EDUCATION: Bachelors/Diploma Degree in an Engineering Curriculum ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE: Seven /Ten years experience in Quality area with a minimum of Three years management experience.
