Job Description

As an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager, your role will involve developing, managing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining a quality plan to ensure compliance with quality system requirements. You will effectively interact with the Development and Production team to maintain product quality and achieve targets. Your responsibilities will include checking patterns/specifications, resolving production impracticalities, evaluating samples, and ensuring production approval based on company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, implement, and communicate a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. - Interact with the Development and Production team to maintain product quality and ensure targets are met. - Identify and resolve production impracticalities in a timely manner and make final quality decisions according to company standards. - Evaluate samples, including measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and provide feedback on production. - Monitor QA/QC performance, gather production data, and produce statistical reports for communication with relevant departments. - Identify quality-related training needs and deliver training. - Oversee all aspects of quality control and product assembly in the factory. - Conduct quality control seminars and coaching for floor-level employees. - Audit and control quality and production issues. - Perform in-line inspections to check quality. - Conduct Pantone color matching. - Follow up on pre-final inspections. - Maintain all necessary documents and quality SOPs. - Provide approval for print, embroidery, wash, and other requirements specified by the buying house. - Ensure discipline and compliance in all aspects of production. - Ultimately ensure the final product meets quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or related field of study - Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the textile & garment industry - Experience in monitoring and controlling QA and QC, and developing standardization policies (SOP) related to Garment QA and QC - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Please note the job type is Full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift with performance and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 01/06/2025.,
