We are looking for a dynamic Quality Manager who can drive excellence, ensure compliance, and elevate our quality standards to global benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Compliance – Establish and enforce AS9100 & ISO 9001 quality management systems to ensure aerospace regulatory compliance. Process Optimization – Develop and implement quality control procedures for CNC, VMC, and precision machining processes. Root Cause Analysis – Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues using 8D, FMEA, CAPA, and Six Sigma methodologies. Supplier & Vendor Quality – Oversee supplier audits, evaluate materials, and ensure adherence to aerospace quality standards. Customer Satisfaction – Lead quality assurance initiatives to meet client specifications and enhance product reliability. Team Leadership – Guide and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in quality management within the aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing sector. Expertise in Standards: Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, and aerospace regulatory requirements. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CNC/VMC machining, GD&T, metrology, CMM, and SPC tools. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and quality failure resolution. Strong Leadership: Ability to drive cross-functional quality initiatives and collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams. Why Join Us?
