As a Quality & Assurance Executive in Factory Production for a snacks and confectionery manufacturer based in Indore, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality and safe products that meet global food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor production processes to uphold quality standards - Conduct in-process checks and maintain records in compliance with export and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement necessary corrective actions - Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, GMP, and food safety protocols - Support in the management of traceability and recall procedures **Qualifications Required:** - Background in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field - Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and export documentation would be beneficial - Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with an international export brand, learn industry-best practices and quality systems, with potential growth prospects in quality or production leadership roles.,
