Quality Inspector (PDI)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform inspection of electrical products at different stages (incoming, in-process, and final inspection).

✅ Check technical parameters of products as per standards and customer requirements.

✅ Conduct visual and functional checks to ensure product compliance.

✅ Verify compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety norms.

✅ Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality records using MS Word and Excel.

✅ Identify and report non-conformities, rework, or rejection cases.

✅ Ensure proper traceability of inspected products and maintain inspection documentation.

✅ Monitor the condition, calibration, and proper use of test/inspection equipment.

✅ Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / related field.

✅ 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection of electrical/electronic products

✅ Knowledge of electrical standards, specifications, and testing methods.

✅ Hands-on experience with basic electrical testing instruments (multimeter, insulation tester, etc )

✅ Proficiency in MS Word & Excel for reporting and documentation.

✅ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and observation skills.

✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
