Job Title: Quality Inspector – Plastic Division Location: Mhalunge Chakan Department : Quality Salary - 21 k to 22 k ctc Experience - 6 month to 1 yr Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming raw materials (plastic resins, colorants, additives) for quality compliance. Conduct in-process and final inspection of molded plastic components as per quality standards. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other QC tools. Record and report inspection results accurately and maintain relevant documentation. Identify defects such as warping, short shots, burn marks, flashing, etc., and communicate with production teams for corrective action. Ensure adherence to ISO/TS or IATF quality systems (if applicable). Support Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
