Quality Head

As an experienced and hands-on Quality Head at JHHAPS Industries, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations, including the NPD Q/C department, across forging, machining, and fabrication divisions. Your role will involve: - Overseeing QA/QC and NPD Q/C functions, including incoming, in-process, and final inspection. - Ensuring that new product development trials and PPAP submissions meet customer standards. - Developing and implementing quality systems, control plans, and SOPs. - Handling root cause analysis, CAPA, and process audits. - Ensuring compliance with ISO and EN standards as well as customer quality requirements. - Conducting supplier quality audits and working on improving vendor quality performance. - Leading and training the quality team to maintain strong process discipline and accuracy. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in forging, machining, or fabrication. - Strong knowledge of measurement tools, GD&T, metallurgical testing, and PPAP documentation. - Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
