Job Description

Quality Head 1. Overall responsibility of the Quality department 2. Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made 3. Meeting Customers to understand the Quality for continuous improvement, Handling customer complaints, working with cross-functional groups as needed to ensure closure of complaints with proper CAPA / RCA / Six Sigma measures as needed 4. Assures quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards and testing materials and products. 5. Implements in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods and devising testing methods and procedures. 6. Responsible for defining product specifications and revisions thereof 7. Tracking different aspects of product specifications and ensuring they remain within acceptable standards 8. To ensure incoming material quality as per specification 9. To ensure that all employees in are conscious of Quality standards throughout the production process 10. To ensure complete Customer support and monitoring Customer satisfaction 11. To understand the Voice of the customer and the plan to meet their requirement 12. To maintain the calibration of the instruments/ product certification 13. Submit MIS Report containing details of Quality of incoming material, in-process products and in finished goods 14. Teamwork among cross-functional service providers to address challenges related to manufacturing process/operations.
