Job Description

he Quality Executive is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of patient care services. This role involves handling patient feedback, conducting departmental audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Feedback & Review Management

  • Collect, document, and analyse patient feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Conduct regular patient rounds to understand patient experience.
  • Respond promptly to patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare monthly reports on patient feedback trends and action taken.
  • Coordinate with respective departments to close feedback loops effectively.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct routine departmental quality audits and inspections.
  • Ensure all departments follow hospital SOPs, NABH guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify gaps in service quality and coordinate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs, checklists, and quality manuals.
  • Support internal and external quality assessments.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain proper documentation of quality records, audit findings, and compliance reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality dashboards.
  • Track performance indicators and share improvement reports with management.

4. Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct or coordinate training on quality, hygiene, safety, SOP updates, and patient handling.
  • Promote quality culture across all departments.
  • Support initiatives for process improvement and patient satisfaction enhancement.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between patients, staff, and management for quality-related matters.
  • Work closely with Nursing, Housekeeping, Front Office, Pharmacy, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in quality committee meetings and follow up on action items.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and report-writing skills
  • Knowledge of hospital quality standards (NABH preferred)
  • Problem-solving and observation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with multiple teams
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital quality or patient experience role
  • Experience in NABH processes is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,766.22 - ₹25,000.00 per month
