Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Executive for a full-time, on-site role at Health City Vistaar, located in Lucknow. The Quality Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with teams to uphold service excellence. The role involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance service quality while adhering to organizational standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and develop improvement strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in healthcare quality standards and compliance is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in quality management
