Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of standards related to Quality Management system and monitoring the functioning of the standards.
• To conduct Induction orientation for new staff & regular training of the staff based on NABH guidelines.
• To carry out facility inspection rounds and identifying safety risks areas, documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures in coordination with administration.
• To carry out the internal audits, documenting observations and taking corrective and preventive measures.
• To monitor the departmental Quality Indicators & taking CAPA.
• Conducting the Mock drills (Code Red, Code Blue and Code Pink, Code yellow), documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures.
• Annual Budget Planning for Infection Control, Quality and Safety.
• To ensure facilities available for smooth functioning of the department.
• To conduct the hospital committees and documenting MOM & follow up for closure and document minutes.
• To visit out sourced services as per the defined schedule to monitor compliance of Quality & Safety measures as per the standards.
• To conduct /attend the departmental meetings and coordinating necessary actions for smooth functioning of the organization.
• Perform any other duties assigned by group-Quality head/branch Medical Director.

Desired Profile:

• Qualification: MHM/MHA
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Full NABH Accreditation
• Able to speak local language along with English and Hindi.
• Work Location: Uppal/Kompally
