Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Role Overview: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies utilizing quality processes and methodologies. Your focus will be on defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform effectively. - Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and others across multiple teams. - Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Selenium and Java is a must. - Experience with Cucumber and BDD is required. - Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is essential. - Good to have experience with Playwright. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clear and concise documentation for application features. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. The candidate should be willing to work from the client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week. A 15 years full-time education is required.,
