Recruitment Mantra Hiring Quality Engineer for METAL ENGINEERING & TREATMENT CO. PVT. LTD.

Eligibility:

B.Tech / Diploma (Quality)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality role with any manufacturing company
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection methods, testing, documentation & compliance
Ability to handle audits, ensure product quality standards, and coordinate with production teams
Good analytical skills and understanding of manufacturing quality systems

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality
Implement quality plans, SOPs, QA systems, and corrective actions
Maintain inspection reports, testing data, and documentation
Identify defects, troubleshoot quality issues, and coordinate with production for improvements
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Support internal and external audits
