Quality Engineer

• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records, such as inspection reports, test results, and quality metrics. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Supplier and internal collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure component quality and collaborate with internal departments like manufacturing and engineering to address quality concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
• Training and compliance: Train employees on quality standards and procedures. Ensure products comply with legal and safety standards.
• Continuous improvement: Analyze customer feedback and quality data to identify areas for process and product improvement.

Key skills and qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is often required, with many companies preferring a master's degree.
