Key Responsibilities Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on aerospace components. Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and other precision measuring tools. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure compliance. Document non-conformities and work with engineers and production teams to resolve issues. Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend corrective actions. Train and guide production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
