Role & responsibilities Able to coordinate with service team for data collection against customer query Create and distribute daily customer quality report Able to make a corrective action report Maintain customer complaint records and update information Provide guidance and training to new customer service representatives Develop and maintain customer / Service team relationships Preferred candidate profile Ms office Good Communication skill (English & Hindi must) Problem solving techniques (QC Story, 8D,7QC tools)
