Quality Engineer

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies. Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product design, development, testing, and production. Analyze data from SPC analysis to optimize process performance and reduce defects. Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities, including records management. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial Kitchen industry. Bachelor's degree\Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in any specialization; knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP etc. would be an added advantage. Strong understanding of manufacturing quality principles, SPQCDM (Statistical Process Quality Control Design Method), SPC Analysis (Statistical Process Control). Proficiency in MS Office applications.
