Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update quality procedures for aluminum frame production.
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Plan and carry out regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the production department to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and KPIs for management review.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Materials, or related field) or a technical diploma with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality control techniques and measurement tools.
• Experience in conducting audits and interacting with suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related software.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
