Through extensive research and ergonomic construction, Novora has designed the "activewear of scrubs" using proprietary fabrics for ultimate comfort and endurance. The company is dedicated to creating products that address challenges faced by medical professionals both on and off shift, striving for perfection in design, fabric technology, and garment construction. Role Description Conduct detailed inspections of products at various production stages, ensuring compliance with Novoras quality standards. Assess stitching precision to maintain comfort and longevity. Detect inconsistencies, defects, or workmanship issues, and collaborate with production teams for corrective action. Verify that all products meet internal specifications and industry quality regulations. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects in manufacturing. Maintain accurate quality records, conduct periodic audits, and implement corrective action plans as needed. Qualifications Must be at least graduate. Knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred. Strong knowledge of fabric properties, stitching techniques, and garment construction. Keen eye for detail with the ability to detect subtle flaws in fabric and craftsmanship. Familiarity with quality assurance tools, AQL standards, and testing protocols. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
