Job Description

1. Should have 6-7 Years of experience in Construction field in Kerala 2.Ensure the quality of ongoing projects with required standards. 2. Visit sites frequently and educate site staff about quality, check list and method of checks etc 3. Check whether the works are carried out as per check list before execution in all stages of work. 4. Give instructions to rectify any defects noticed. 5. Recommend improvements required with financial effect on the project. 6. Check the files and records maintained at site as per Company standards. 7. Auditing whether all the construction quality checklists are being followed at site. 8.COntroling and going proper instruction to site team on maintaining the safety precautions at projects. 9. Quality control of turn key projects.
