Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced QC Supervisor to join our team and oversee the quality control of our clothing production. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in garment quality checking and will be responsible for ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the quality control process for all linen garments produced. Conduct detailed inspections of finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports. Conduct regular training for staff on quality standards and processes. Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in garment quality control. Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric quality. Experience with linen fabric is a plus. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
