Job Opportunity: Inspection Engineer Quality Control Department Company: Airfins Pvt Ltd Department: Quality Control (Inspection) Qualification: DME/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 2 to 6 years of experience Compensation: Best in the industry Industry Requirement: Candidates must have experience in Heavy Fabrication Industries Role & Responsibilities: Conduct inward raw material inspection and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per ASME code requirements. Perform in-process stage inspections and final examinations of jobs. Develop inspection plans , including specification studies and inspection record management. Prepare inspection checklists, data books , and ensure proper stage closure . Coordinate with Third-Party Inspectors (TPI) for stage and final inspection clearance . Monitor welding, grinding, and heat treatment processes. Conduct stage-wise inspections , including physical checks, PMI examinations, ferrite testing, and painting inspections . Generate and process Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) , ensuring timely resolution. Maintain detailed records at each stage and finalize project documentation. Document lessons learned during the project. Perform vendor site inspections and on-site inspections when required. Requirements: Basic knowledge of ASME codes . Strong understanding of fabrication and welding processes as per ASME standards. Must hold ASNT Level 2 certification in RT, PT, UT, MPT, and VT .
