Role Overview

As a Quality Control Executive  at KSHM, you will ensure that all fabrics and finished garments meet the brand’s quality and design standards before production and dispatch. You’ll be responsible for inspecting fabrics, identifying defects, and coordinating with the production and sourcing teams to maintain consistent quality across all apparel lines.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a good understanding of fabric types, stitching quality, and garment finishing.

Responsibilities

● Inspect incoming fabrics and finished garments for defects, color variations, and quality consistency.

● Verify that materials meet KSHM’s design, texture, and durability standards.

● Identify, document, and report defective materials or quality discrepancies.

● Conduct physical and visual checks of weaving, stitching, dyeing, and finishing.

● Collaborate with the production and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues on time.

● Maintain inspection reports and quality logs for internal review.

● Ensure all materials are handled, stored, and processed as per quality protocols

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in fabric/garment quality checking in apparel, textile, or fashion  manufacturing.

● Strong knowledge of different fabrics, textures, and stitching techniques.

● Ability to identify color differences, surface flaws, and material defects.

● Basic understanding of quality control tools and inspection procedures.

● Good attention to detail.

Must be comfortable working onsite at Samaypur Badli.
