Description
Quality Assurance and Control Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice and systems, validate processes, provide documentation. Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications. Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections. Review all special inspection and material testing performed by third parties. Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identify and resolve problems, complete audits, determine system improvements etc. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identify critical control points and preventive measures, establish critical limits, monitor procedures, corrective actions verify procedures and monitor inventories. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, document evidence, determine operational and performance qualification, write and update quality assurance procedures. Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, investigate customer complaints and manufacturing and training methods etc. Documentation and Reporting Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations. Maintain record of qualified procedures and operators Maintain record for all type of Process of product Non-conformance / Corrective Action reports whenever any person from company notices non-conformance. Process and Welding Specifics Write down the details of process parameters in Welding process specification formats and organize to qualify the welding processes / welding operators. Organize to calibrate the machines and controlling instruments on it to ensure correct setting and measurement. Re-validate the welder/ Welding process once in a year Continuous Improvement Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management, participate in educational seminars, read professional publications, maintain personal networks etc.
