Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct timely in-process inspections of plastic molded parts on machines to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare Pre-Dispatch Inspection Reports for each shipment to customers. Identify and document non-conformities by preparing Non-Conformance (NC) Reports . Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to identify and resolve quality issues. Utilize quality inspection tools such as vernier calipers, height gauges, bore gauges , and other measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy. Maintain and update inspection records, quality reports, and documentation. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications. Effectively use Microsoft Excel for data entry, report preparation, and analysis.
