Job Description

Brief of the Role: Responsible for developing a company's content strategy, as well as creating its deliverables. Analyzing the technical aspect of content creation/ review and working closely with the content lead/ project manager. Responsibilities: Conduct research on emerging technologies to create accurate and engaging technical content. Develop RFPs by conducting thorough research and defining project requirements. Manage vendor relationships for outsourced content development, including tracking progress and resolving queries. Create templates, guidelines, and standard documents to maintain consistency and quality across projects. Create or assist in creation of PowerPoint presentations, Presenters Manuals, or course structures as and when required. Adhere to project delivery timelines and coordinate with the Team Lead/Project Manager on all projects. Apply instructional design models, including Aptech’s approved list of Bloom's Taxonomy, and Aptech checklists to structure content for different learning levels. Review courseware and ensure the quality of content delivered by vendors meets required standards. Ensure consistent output across all courses by adhering to quality and formatting guidelines. Proofread, spell-check, and check for plagiarism to ensure the highest quality of content. Maintain QA artifacts, track metrics, and conduct release testing to drive continuous quality improvement.
