Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Quality Auditor to join our team. The role involves evaluating insurance processes, claims, policies, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices. The Insurance Quality Auditor will identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure accuracy and consistency in operations to maintain high service quality. Responsibilities Audit and Review Processes: Conduct audits of claims, underwriting, and policy documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Perform random and targeted quality checks on transactions and procedures. Compliance Monitoring: Verify adherence to insurance laws, policies, and industry standards. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Performance Analysis: Analyze audit results to identify trends, errors, and root causes. Provide detailed reports highlighting audit findings and areas requiring improvement. Process Improvement: Develop and recommend corrective action plans to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with teams to implement quality control improvements and best practices. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate audit records and prepare regular reports for management. Provide recommendations based on findings to optimize workflow processes. Training and Guidance: Assist in training staff on quality standards, compliance procedures, and error prevention techniques. Support the development of training materials related to quality assurance. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in quality auditing, claims processing, or compliance in the insurance industry (1-2 years preferred). Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software/tools. Effective communication and report-writing skills. Payment is calculated on a per-seat basis. Includes: 150 audit hours per month or 100 calls per day . Production hours : Time spent reviewing recordings. Downtime hours : Time when the auditor is available but has 0% pendency. Training hours : Includes the full training period, from the start of training to mock call sessions. Note : Payment will be deducted if the above requirements are not met.
